As Assistant Front Desk Manager, You Will:

• Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating the Front Office staff to uphold high service standards.

• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Help monitor daily revenue and expenses to minimize loss and manage costs.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated guest service and resolve operational issues.

• Manage scheduling and shift coverage for Front Desk staff.

• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Front Office Manager.

Fundamentals:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the hospitality industry (e.g., hotel, resort, or related setting).

• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and front office procedures.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; a second language is a plus.

• Ability to handle cash or credit transactions with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Familiarity with general office equipment and cash register operations.
