As a Banquet Bartender, you will create memorable experiences by serving beverages in a courteous and professional manner. Essential Job Functions

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and standards.
• Set up and break down bar stations for banquet events, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain knowledge of event menus and beverage pairings to assist guests with selections.
• Adhere to all liquor laws and responsible service policies, verifying guest age and monitoring alcohol consumption.
• Process payments and operate a POS system accurately.
• Collaborate with banquet staff to ensure seamless service during events.
• Maintain inventory and restock bar supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service, working to enhance overall satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a banquet or event setting.
• Ability to operate a POS system efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state and local alcohol service requirements (e.g., TIPS certification).
