We’re seeking an enthusiastic Barista & Breakfast Server to help us kick off each day with great coffee, warm service, and effortless style.

About the Role

This is a hybrid position for someone who loves both crafting quality coffee and serving guests in a polished yet relaxed dining environment. You’ll rotate between barista duties and breakfast service, supporting morning operations across after/glow and Golden Hour.

What You’ll Do

As a Barista:

• Prepare and serve a full range of coffee and espresso beverages

• Open the coffee station and ensure it's fully stocked and ready for service

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Engage guests with warmth and efficiency

As a Breakfast Server:

• Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth

• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them with accuracy and care

• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service

• Maintain knowledge of menus, specials, and dietary accommodations

• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and guest-ready

What We’re Looking For

• Morning availability — must be able to start work by 6:00 AM

• Previous experience as a barista and/or breakfast server strongly preferred

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• A positive, team-focused attitude and commitment to hospitality

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

• Availability to work weekends and holidays
