Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead operations across our three outlets: the refined yet inviting Golden Hour, our vibrant rooftop bar The Roof, and the intimate cocktail lounge Afterglow. This position plays a key role in ensuring each outlet delivers exceptional service, creative food and beverage experiences, and seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for Golden Hour, The Roof, and Afterglow, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence in service.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage front-of-house teams, ensuring alignment with The Radical’s culture and guest experience standards.

  • Collaborate with Director of F&B to support menu development, seasonal changes, and guest experience enhancements.

  • Monitor financial performance across outlets (labor, costs, sales goals) and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.

  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

  • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment with a focus on training, staff development, and guest satisfaction.

  • Represent The Radical’s brand through strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience (multi-outlet or hotel F&B experience preferred)

  • Proven leadership and people development skills

  • Strong understanding of service operations, food and beverage trends, and hospitality best practices

  • Ability to manage budgets, labor, and inventory effectively

  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Passion for Asheville’s dynamic food scene and commitment to delivering elevated guest experiences
