What Youll Do

  • Lead and coach the front desk team to deliver excellent guest service
  • Train, schedule, and support associates while maintaining brand and hotel standards
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure follow-up and recovery are seamless
  • Act as Manager on Duty as needed
  • Help manage billing, reservations, check-ins/outs, and third-party bookings
  • Keep things running smoothly and guests happy from the moment they arrive

What Were Looking For

  • 2+ years of hotel front desk experience, with supervisory responsibilities
  • Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
  • Detail-oriented and strong with systems and operations
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Calm under pressure and always guest-first
