Job Summary

This role will focus on capturing transient demand, enhancing ancillary revenue across resort outlets, and growing market share through dedicated prospecting and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sales Development
• Create and implement a leisure-focused sales strategy targeting corporate individual bookings (LNR/CNR).
• Cultivate and manage relationships with Hilton Global Sales and Account Directors to drive corporate transient volume.
• Identify and develop new accounts, markets, and travel segments through prospecting and market research.
• Third-Party & Wholesale Management
• Develop and manage agreements with wholesale and third-party partners (GolfZoo, GolfPac, TeeTimes USA, LMA Golf).
• Coordinate offers and promotional campaigns with credit card companies, vacation providers (AMEX, Costco, Delta Vacations), and OTA partners.
• Market Penetration & Competitive Analysis
• Leverage reporting tools (Agency360, Kalibri) to analyze competitor share and create strategies to capture incremental business.
• Identify organizations and guest segments (e.g., bachelor/bachelorette groups, golf travelers, family reunions) with booking potential for Stillman Villas.
• Guest Recognition & Loyalty Development
• Establish and oversee a recognition and loyalty program for high-value transient guests.
• Partnerships & Promotions
• Collaborate with the resorts marketing team to design compelling leisure promotions.
• Coordinate with Experience Scottsdale, Visit Phoenix, and other tourism partners to participate in travel opportunities and promotional campaigns.
• Short-Term Rental Oversight Manage and optimize the Rocketstay partnership for Airbnb bookings at the resorts Stillman Villas.
