Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing the Bed:This is the core of the role, involving "turning down" the bed linens to reveal the bed itself.
  • Fluffing Pillows:Ensuring pillows are plump and comfortable.
  • Placing Amenities:Sometimes, attendants will place small gifts or treats, like chocolates or a small amenity, on the pillow.
  • Basic Room Tidy-Up:This might include tidying up small areas, removing used towels, or placing laundry baskets.
  • Restocking Supplies:Replenishing toiletries, towels, and other amenities in the guest room.
  • Removing Used Room Service Items:Removing trays and dishes from previous room service.
