We’re looking for experienced, guest-focused Servers who share our passion for craft, connection, and excellence. At Golden Hour, every moment matters — from the first greeting to the last sip.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver attentive, engaging service that reflects the elevated yet playful spirit of Golden Hour.
- Guide guests through our menu with confidence and enthusiasm, offering insight into our culinary perspective, wine list, and creative cocktails.
- Collaborate with bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless, memorable dining experiences.
- Maintain a polished, professional, and organized presence at all times.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment rooted in respect, creativity, and care.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in upscale or fine dining required.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and storytelling through food and beverage.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a warm, professional demeanor.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Knowledge of all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
- Hold a current Food Handler Card or in the process of being certified
- Hold a valid TABC license
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
- Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
- Basic knowledge of the English language sufficient to understand inquiries from customers and communicate simple instructions.
- Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions to enable the safe application of products and processes within the hotel.
- Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items.
- Ability to operate beverage equipment, e.g., coffee maker.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to transport up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout the shift.
- Lifting Fifty (30) pounds maximum.
- Constant standing & walking required.
- Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing and smiling.
