What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out.

• Provide personalized recommendations and local travel tips.

• Handle guest inquiries with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless stay.

• Maintain a professional, energetic, and friendly atmosphere at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• A high-energy personality with excellent communication skills.

• A passion for hospitality and helping people.

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
