We are looking for a personable and professional Front Desk Agent who embodies the whimsical and authentic spirit of Zelda Dearest. This is more than a front desk role; it's an opportunity to act as a concierge and set the tone for the entire guest experience with your genuine warmth and helpful nature.

• Welcoming Guests: Perform all check-in and check-out procedures with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Reservations: Manage online, phone, and in-person reservations accurately.
• Concierge Services: Provide personalized recommendations for local dining, breweries, arts, and attractions.
• Problem Resolution: Address guest issues and complaints in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
• Guest Communication: Answer phone calls and emails promptly and knowledgeably.
• Payment Processing: Handle credit card transactions confidently and accurately.
• Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure all rooms meet our high standards and guest needs are met.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
• Upkeep: Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are tidy and welcoming.

• Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, concierge, or customer service role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking fluently).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient with computer systems and reservation software (experience with Opera PMS or similar is a plus).
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Physical Demands: This position requires continuous movement and standing.
• Flexibility: Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
