Food & Beverage Manager

Hotel Bourré Bonne – Full Time | Louisville, KY

Hotel Bourre Bonne is seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. Located in the heart of downtown Louisville, Hotel Bourré Bonne is a new, sexy luxury hotel—truly the first and only of its kind in the city. This is a full-time leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong background in restaurant or hotel food and beverage operations—or an experienced front-of-house professional ready to step into a management position.

About the Role:

The Food & Beverage Manager will support day-to-day operations across one or more of our dining outlets. Depending on experience and interest, this manager may take on a specific outlet or daypart—or serve as a floating manager available to support all outlets and shifts as needed. Hotel Bourre Bonne's food and beverage programming spans from early morning service to late-night hospitality (6AM–1AM), offering flexibility and variety in scheduling.

Our Outlets Include:

  • Steakhouse Bourré Bonne – Open for dinner nightly. A high-end, high-touch steakhouse focused on excellence in cuisine, service, and wine.
  • Lobby Bar – A versatile space adjacent to the steakhouse offering full-service breakfast, espresso counter with house-made pastries, lunch, dinner, and craft cocktails. Also serves as the beverage hub for the steakhouse.
  • Rooftop Bar & Pool Deck – Poolside food and beverage service from 7AM–7PM. After 11AM, open to the public with light bites and drinks. Indoor/outdoor rooftop bar featuring live music and nightlife Wednesday through Saturday.

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • Prior management experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality venues OR
  • Senior-level FOH experience as a maître d’, lead host, server captain, or bartender
  • Demonstrated ability to lead service teams, solve problems on the floor, and maintain high guest satisfaction
  • Flexible availability, with willingness to work weekends, holidays, or varying shifts
