As an In-Room Food & Beverage Attendant, you will at minimum

• Deliver prompt, excellent service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Offer helpful guidance with menu offerings, responding knowledgeably to questions.
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Consistently check floors in removing dirty trays
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
• Restock in-room bar cards and charge to guest rooms accordingly
• Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards.
• Assists other Restaurant Personnel when needed

Fundamentals

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required. Previous serving or in-room-dining experience is helpful. Successful TIPs training and the ability to use POS systems is expected. This position requires full mobility, continuous quick-paced movement, lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds and pushing food carts up to 100 pounds.
