Compensation: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour

Position Summary:
Join one of Bozeman’s most dynamic hospitality teams at the Best Western Plus GranTree Inn. As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our busy sales and catering department, helping to drive revenue and create exceptional guest experiences. From prospecting new leads to coordinating group stays and assisting with event details, you'll help ensure everything runs smoothly under one roof—including our expansive conference center, Club Tavern & Grill, on-site casino, and convenience store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales Support:
    • Proactively cold call, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities.
    • Research and identify potential clients for meetings, group stays, and events.
    • Pass leads and inquiries to the appropriate sales or catering team member for follow-up.
  • Client Interaction & Group Assistance:
    • Answer and route incoming calls and emails for the sales team.
    • Assist in-house groups with rooming lists, signage, welcome packets, and amenities.
    • Coordinate updates for digital and physical reader boards, marquees, and welcome messages.
  • Administrative & Operational Support:
    • Prepare weekly reports and track sales activity, pace, and group pick-up.
    • Support the execution of site tours and client visits.
    • Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and event documentation as needed.
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure all group and event details are communicated clearly.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Serve as a dependable right hand to the Director of Sales and Catering Sales Manager.
    • Pitch in with other duties as needed to ensure the continued success of the Sales & Catering Department.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or administrative support preferred.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel CRM or booking systems a plus.
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills.
