Job Summary
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team with assigned duties and weekly reports as well as managing social media accounts, creating campaigns as directed by Director of Sales and Marketing to improve marketing strategies and revenues. Sales and Marketing Coordinator may be responsible for creating visual and written content for promotional materials and coordinating events.

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to support the sales and marketing team working closely with other departments to help grow the brand and improve overall recognition to increase sales. To be successful in this role, excellent communication, organization skills and a passion for hospitality are required.
Essential Job Functions

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.
- Develop and implement targeted social media calendar to support hotel, private events and food and beverage outlets on multiple platforms
- Answer telephone and respond to callers in a pleasant manner
- Provide telephone and message support for the department and respond to inquiries in a timely, clear, and pleasant manner.
- Interact with clients regarding leads and their needs forwarding vital information to the appropriate sales team manager for next steps.
- Ensure showrooms and function space is client ready for site visits daily
- Assist sales team by completing and distributing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Fully understand the important functions of the Sales & Marketing Team.
- Participate in monthly initiatives and after hour's functions such deemed appropriate.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Be friendly, customer-centric, smile and be able to work in a team environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance, and a personality in rapport with customers and other employees.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales or Key Hotel Leadership.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficientin the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Sales & Marketing CRM such as Delphi, Adobe, Photo Shop, Canva and Photography Desired.
- Prefer Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing communications or related field.
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills, including attention to detail.
- 1-2 years administrative support experience, additional hotel front desk experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
- Experience Growing Followers on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business, Yelp, etc.
- Communicates clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions.
- Has exceptional attention to detail, organizational, analytical and time management skills.
- Multi-tasks and prioritizes in a fast-paced work environment.
- Exercises sound judgment: evaluates situations and utilizes appropriate and creative resources to solve problems.
- Is technologically savvy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Delphi, PMS.

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
