Our parlor bar, Wine & Roses, is an intimate, elegant space offering a seasonal lineup of pre-batched, house-crafted cocktails—all served with warmth and a touch of glamour.

We’re looking for a bartender who’s passionate about guest connection, confident behind the bar, and excited to be part of a small, tight-knit team. If you love creating beautiful moments and thrive in an intentional, detail-driven space, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Serve a variety of pre-batched craft cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic options with care and consistency

• Welcome guests with warmth, offering thoughtful recommendations and personal touches

• Help maintain a clean, well-organized bar throughout your shift

• Offer input on seasonal bar menu development and guest experience ideas

• Follow responsible alcohol service and local health & safety guidelines

• Support the overall guest experience with flexibility, grace, and good vibes

What We’re Looking For

• Bartending or service experience in a quality-focused setting (boutique hotel, cocktail bar, or restaurant preferred)

• A solid understanding of cocktail styles, garnishes, and service etiquette

• A natural people person with great communication skills

• Team-oriented with a positive, flexible attitude

• Availability Thursday–Sunday evenings (our bar closes at 9PM—no late nights!)

• ServSafe or ABC certification preferred
