Why You Will Enjoy This Job

As a Human Resources Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our people-focused culture. You’ll assist the Director of Human Resources in all aspects of HR operations, including recruiting, employee benefits, compensation, job evaluations, personnel counseling, employee relations, and developing and implementing formalized training programs for all team members.

Your work will directly contribute to creating a positive and supportive workplace where our employees can thrive.

The Ideal Candidate

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional HR or business coursework preferred

• Prior Human Resources experience in a comparable hotel or resort environment strongly preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain confidentiality

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficient computer literacy and hands-on experience with HR systems
