The purpose of the Assistant Director of F&B/ PM MOD is to oversee, control and administer all Food & Beverage outlets maintaining and exceeding property Brand Standards in each outlet, while performing the duties of Manager on Duty for the hotel.

Room Attendant

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms areas according to company procedures and at a level that meets or exceeds company standards.

Maintenance Engineer
(Engineering/Maintenance)
Primarily responsible for the overall maintenance of the hotels building and grounds and for the operation of its equipment and mechanical/electrical systems. Key responsibilities include keeping all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel and completing maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following hotels standard operating procedures.

The Director of Sales has direct oversight of the sales operations of the hotel. The DOS has a primary responsibility to maximize profit, expand business relationships with targeted prospects and large clients; Develops and implements strategy, sales plan, budgets, and forecasts for overall business development, oversee group and transient sales.

Provides guidance and leadership as the Front Desk Supervisor ensuring consistent quality customer service is delivered.

Providing guests with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.

House Person
(Housekeeping)
Clean and maintain all corridors, vending areas, elevators and landings and service areas on guest room floors, ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness. Provide linen supplies for Room Attendants and stock floor closets. Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and leadership. This is an overnight position.

Restaurant Supervisor

Supervise the Food and Beverage operations team, including restaurant, room service and lounge including greeting and escorting guests to tables, supervising all staff, and maintaining a courteous and efficient operation to deliver quality product and service to restaurant customers.

Lead Banquet Server
(Food & Beverage)
Responsible for assisting with the set up and breakdown of the event space and serving food and/or beverages in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner according to the hotels high standards of quality.
